Yes. We regularly help businesses get caught up. We start by reviewing your books and scoping the cleanup by month. From there, we reconcile accounts, reclassify transactions where needed, and bring your financial reports up to date.

Once everything is current, we can move you into consistent monthly bookkeeping to keep things organized going forward. Pricing for cleanup work is based on the workload and how quickly the reports are needed.

Typically 5–10 business days after we receive access and documents. Cleanup timelines depend on scope. We’ll outline it as more accurately as soon as we complete your strategy session.

Yes. We prepare and file Texas sales tax.

Absolutely. We deliver clean books and year-end packages and coordinate with your CPA. (We don’t provide income tax prep or tax advice.)

Yes, we work under a service agreement to clearly outline expectations and responsibilities for both you and Firefly Bookkeeping. If circumstances change, services can be canceled with a 30-day written notice.
